Locals call it “little Hawai”. Offshore swells can reach 18’ with both right and left breaks. This 2 kilometers surfing beach is a little isolated from the main tourist areas, but surfers are quite pleased to reach this destination. The rocky shoreline is also part of the scenic beauty of this beach.

- How to get there ?
- Located 10 km south of Tamarindo in the province of Guanacaste. Follow the signs form Tamarindo and keep in mind that to access this beach you have to drive in dirt roads which usually requires a 4WD vehicle.
- When to go?
- Guanacaste weather is good most of the time year round. However, the best time to visit is in the dry season: December to April.
