Its access is difficult, but once you are there, you know the effort was worse while. . A sandy cove is protected by a rock reef, where myriad fish frolic in the water. It's a great area for snorkeling and swimming, and you can often find it deserted. Rigth in front is the Cabuya Island which also offers great snorkeling.

This beach is part of the Cabo Blanco Reserve; therefore there are no accommodations here. Malpais offers all kind of accommodations according to budget.

From Malpais follow the signs all the way to the end of the road. Dirt road where 4WD is definitely recommended.
