CHANCAY offers exceptional traditional Peruvian cuisine, as well as some modern variations always with wonderful flavors. We recommend their Ceviche, Causas, Seafood Samplers, Chupe de Camarones or Corvina a lo Macho. If you love Pervian food give Chancay a try.
