These are part of the excellent distinctive features offered by the Culebra Bay beaches at the Papagayo Gulf. Among these are: Nacascolo, Blanca, Manzanillo, Iguanita, Buena and others. Some have public access, but others only through the luxury beach resorts that are around this Riviera.

There are at least two ways to reach these beaches. From Liberia drive west on road #21 all the way to Guardia. Pass the Tempisque bridge and at the Do-it Center turn right and follow the signs depending on the beach or resort you will be visiting.
