This Doubletree Hotel is located only about 5 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International Airport on the way to the Capital San Jose. It has wireless internet in all rooms and a choice of King or two Queen size beds in your room.

Not long ago Hilton purchased and upgraded this hotel making it a very comfortable place to stay for those doing business in any of Costa Rica's three largest cities: San Jose, Alajuela and/or Heredia. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Airport right off the main highway between the Airport and San Jose. One could easily get to San Jose in about 10-20 minutes (depending on traffic), to Heredia in about 15 minutes and Alajuela in about 10 minutes.

This hotel is convenient to many of the larger free trade zones (Metropolitana, Saret and Zona Franca Bes). It is also convenient to Intel and Panasonic plants. Just across the highway (via a walking bridge) is the Mall Real Cariari, a mid-sized Mall offering a decent variety of shops, a few restaurants and a Food Court with the usual array of fast food giants.

Aside from the usual comfort one would expect from a Doubletree Hotel you can enjoy a free-form pool, bar, casino, restaurants, fitness center, massage services and a sauna.

From Juan Santamaria International Airport - Drive 6 Km. (3.7 mi) SE on General Canas Highway #1, exit right beneath J. Orlich bridge, drive 600 meters(0.4 mi) on the road parallel to the highway, the Doubletree hotel will be on your right hand side. From Downtown San Jose drive 9 Km.(5.4 mi) NE on General Canas Highway #1, heading towards Juan Santamaria airport. Exit right on J. Orlich bridge turn left at stop light and return southwest on Canas highway, exit right and drive 600 meters (0.4 mi) on the road parallel to the highway, the Doubletree Hotel will be on your right hand side.
