Heart of palm, yucca, pejibaye, plantain, banana, pineapple and strawberries, are among the products of best quality in the area. For this reason we have added them in our menu in the form of fresh salads, delicious sauces and exquisite desserts. The steaks come from the best cuts of beef cattle raised on pastures. Pork and the chicken are provided by local farmers. These products come from animals that have been raised with natural products and free of hormones. This is also true for the tilapia we get from our neighbors.
