Summary:

The name has its origin from the bags in which the Guanacastecos used to take their meals while they were traveling.

The structure of the restaurant is a typical Guanacaste ranch, made out of wood and palm leaves. All meals are cooked in a traditional typical wood burning stove. Several of our dishes are original from Guanacaste such us Arroz de maíz, tamales, tortillas, gallo pinto, tanelas, tamal dulce, rosquillas, and more. But you can also try our international menu.
