The beach is excellent for swimming and snorkelyn. It is is under the good care of a private beach resort, although public access is possible. Except for the resort there are no other accomodations available here. - Category: Beaches - Central Pacific
- How to get there ?
- Take the Panquera ferryboat in Puntarenas. There are several schedules every 4 hours starting at 6:30 a.m., until 10:30 p.m. From Paquera drive 30 minutes following the road signs to Tambor Tango Mar Beach is located on the road between Tambor and Cobano. Follow the signs.
- When to go?
- The weather is sunny and hot most of the time year round. However, the best time to visit is in the dry season: December to April.
