Central Pacific Beaches

There are a number of very popular beaches along the central Pacific coast area of Costa Rica. This area includes from the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula down to about Manuel Antonio. In this you will find the very popular surfing beaches of Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, Montezuma and Jaco to name but a few. The famous Marriott Los Suenos resort is also in the area near Playa Herradura with it's fantastic Marina and Golf course. At the southern edge is Manuel Antonio, one of the most famous nature destinations, filled with lovely boutique hotels and fine restaurants.
